1.OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Organizer, Bodegas de los Herederos del Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal S.L.U., with registered address at Calle Torrea n\u00ba 1, Elciego (\u00c1lava), and VAT number B-01.414.531 (hereinafter, interchangeably, “Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal” or the “Organizer”), promotes, organizes, and manages the initiative called \u201cExperienciaRiskAll\u201d, published on the website risk-all.com. The prize includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. 1-night stay for 2 people in a standard room with bed and breakfast at the Hotel Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal, A Luxury Collection Hotel (the “Hotel”), in Elciego (\u00c1lava),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. a guided winery tour (“Visita Riscal 1”) with wine tasting for 2 people, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. a \u201cDuo Divino\u201d spa treatment at Vinoth\u00e9rapie Spa Caudalie for 2 people,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4.  and lunch or dinner at the Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal Gastronomic Restaurant with the \u201cTorrea Menu\u201d for 2 people (the \u201cSweepstakes\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Prize Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Subject to hotel availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal will not cover travel, meals, or any costs not explicitly included in the prize.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The winner has one (1) year to redeem the prize from the date of notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2.-DURATION AND FREQUENCY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Draws will be held on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • July 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • September 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • October 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • November 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • December 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • January 10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal may suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Participants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Be over 18 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Participate through risk-all.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Be registered as a member of the \u201cClub Amigos de Riscal\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Comply with all terms in these legal bases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Employees of the Organizer, affiliates, and their close relatives (parents, siblings, children, spouses) or household members are not eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          By participating, users accept all terms and the Organizer\u2019s decisions, including any interpretative criteria applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4.-MECHANICS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Winners will be selected among those who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Participate via the official site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Are Club Amigos de Riscal members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Draws will use the certified Third-Party Draw Service from RANDOM.ORG, selecting one (1) winner and three (3) alternates per edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Winners will be notified by email. They must accept the prize in writing within three (3) calendar days. Otherwise, the prize passes to an alternate. If no alternate accepts, the prize is forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The winner (or alternate) must confirm their personal details (full name, ID, email, phone) to process the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.-PRIZE DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The prize must be used within one (1) year from notification, subject to hotel availability. Refusal to accept the prize after delivery waives all rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal may modify the prize due to external reasons, ensuring an equal or equivalent alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item. Travel or additional expenses are not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The prize cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Tax implications are the winner\u2019s responsibility. If applicable, the Organizer will apply the required tax withholdings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The winner must provide tax information and valid identification prior to prize delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6.-IMAGE RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            By participating and accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal and its affiliates to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Refusal implies loss of the prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Authorization is free, with no time or geographic limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7.-SUPERVISION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Any manipulation or breach of the rules results in disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8.-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Organizer is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Third-party services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Force majeure affecting the Sweepstakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Technical failures (telecommunications, software, hardware, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Incorrect or inaccurate information (including from participants).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Unauthorized human intervention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Damage to participants or third parties during prize use not attributable to Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
